Abstract
“Am I the only one struggling with that question how to steer my career after finishing the PhD?” Once in a while it may look like it. But even if that academic career now requires a decision, you are not. 
And even if the request for taking a step forward provides anxiety and insecurity, there are always options leading to a decision. This workshop focuses on supporting scientists and researchers to reflect upon future university careers or alternative career choices. Based on individual profiles, participants develop their very own vision for their future personal and professional lives.
